Chanllenge
Within a changing and tight deadline, there are constraints on the wireframes and styles as well as increaing demand on adding features, hi-fi UI was built promptly. With a technical hassles faced by the dev team, minimal UX/UI treatments were applied, the frequent back-and-forth on adjusting features were yet the destructive factor to the project timeline and the collaboration between design and dev teams.

Research on photo/video editing tools in the market
Analysis on given UX architecture and brand guideline
Reference the coporate app for UI elements
Minimal UI treatments balancing UX and technical capability within project timeline
Direct HTML/CSS description list to dev team for production adjustments
