To provide digital experience and promote brand recognition, an interactive kiosk with booth design were introduced, followed by a website revamp for the official website.

Chanllenge:

A short timeline for delivering booth design, UI kiosk and website revamp all at once made the task management hard to maintain. And unexpected request and adjustments by client made the situation worse, not to mention the existing tasks for other ongoing projects.

Solution:

To speed up the process, close communication was made and workload was distributed with both design teammates and project team, so as to identity the key focuses and ensure delivery speed and quality. And I also responsible for the on-site support and visual direction.
